Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 12, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how The Digital Guys (“TDG,” “we,” “us”) collects, uses and shares information when you visit thedigiguys.com, contact us, or buy our services.
Information we collect
- Information you give us. Your name, email, company and phone number when you check out or request a quote, plus anything you send us by email. If you call our main line, we receive your phone number and any voicemail you leave, including its recording.
- Payment information. Payments are processed by Stripe. Your card details go directly to Stripe. We never see or store full card numbers.
- Information collected automatically. When you visit the site, our hosting and security provider (Cloudflare) processes technical data such as your IP address, browser type, pages viewed and referring site. We use it to deliver the site, keep it secure, and measure traffic in aggregate. Cloudflare Web Analytics does not use cookies to track you across sites.
- Client data. When we run campaigns, automations or software for a client, we may handle data that belongs to that client and its customers. We handle that data on the client’s behalf and only as our agreement with the client allows.
How we use information
- To provide, bill for and support the services you buy.
- To answer your questions and send updates about your account or project.
- To send business communications we think are relevant. You can opt out at any time by replying “unsubscribe” or using the link in the email.
- To operate, secure and improve the site, and to prevent fraud.
- To comply with the law and enforce our Terms of Service.
How we share information
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We share it only:
- with service providers that help us run the business, such as payments (Stripe), hosting, security and analytics (Cloudflare), email delivery, and telephony. They may use it only to provide their services to us;
- when the law requires it, or when needed to protect our rights, our clients or others;
- as part of a merger, acquisition or sale of assets, subject to this policy.
Retention and security
We keep personal information only as long as we need it for the purposes above, including legal, tax and accounting requirements. We use reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to stop sending you marketing emails. Depending on where you live (for example California, or other U.S. states with privacy laws), you may have additional rights. We will not discriminate against you for using them. To make a request, contact us at [email protected] or +1 (347) 732-3225. We may need to verify your identity first.
Children
Our services are for businesses. They are not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect information from children.
Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date above shows when it last changed. Material changes take effect when posted.
